Danh mục này có lẽ sẽ được Bộ  Di Trú thẩm định lại trước khi ra quyết định danh sách các ngành nghề kỹ năng (Skill Occupation List) vào ngày 30.04 tới đây. Tuy vậy, danh mục các nghề phát thảo của Skill Australia cũng cung cấp một nguồn thông tin tham khảo đáng tin cậy cho xu hướng xét diện Di dân Tay nghề sắp tới của BỘ Di Trú Úc.

Một số ngành nghề không có trong Dự thảo của Skill Australia

Nghề Đầu Bếp, Uốn Tóc, Nhân viên An Sinh Xã hội-Cộng Đồng (Community Welfare Workers), Tốt nghiệp ngành IT và Kế toán không có trong danh sách Dự thảo này.

Kế toán có bằng CPA hoặc có Chứng nhận Đào tạo Chuẩn (Certified Chartered Accountants) mới có thể xin làm thường trú nhân, theo hướng đề cập của dự thảo.

Đây chưa phải là quyết định sau cùng của Bộ Di trú Úc nhưng sẽ đáng lưu tâm cho xu hướng xét duyệt di dân theo diện này sắp tới.

Hiệu lực đối với các hồ sơ nộp trước đây

Nếu đương đơn đã nộp visa 485 hoặc được cấp visa 485 trước ngày 08.02.2010, danh mục trong bản dự thảo này cũng như là việc thay đổi chính sách di dân tay nghề sắp tới không ảnh hưởng. Tương tự vậy, nếu ai đã nộp visa 885,886, 487, 175 hoặc 176, việc này cũng không ảnh hưởng đến chuyện xét visa của đương đơn.

Bản dự thảo Danh mục Ngành nghề Chuyên môn cho Chương Trình Di dân Tay nghề sẽ được dựa vào danh mục ngành nghề đề cập dưới đây nhưng có thể các ngành nghề liệt kê sẽ khác đi. Thông tin chính thức về Danh mục Ngành nghề được duyệt cho Chương Trình này sẽ được công bố vào tháng 04 năm 2010 trên trang web của Bộ Di Trú www.immi.gov.au
