Talk about the changes in your hometown

You should say:

+ what the changes are

+ who and what are involved in those changes

+ why those changes occurs

And also tell whether the changes are good or not

Part 3

1.    What kind of facilities do you think people need most in the place you live? Why?

2.    Is there a need for a new means of transport, the underground, for example?

3.    What are the advantages and disadvantages of the underground?

4.    Should the government consider local people’s opinion about transportation plan?

5.    How does technological advancement benefit people’s life? Is there anything harmful?
