2008 has been a great year for Think: Education Group.
During the year, Think: Education Group has emerged as Australia’s leading private education group. Today, the Group includes eight iconic Colleges delivering certificate, diploma and degree courses to over 4,500 students across three States. The Group attracts international students from over 60 countries.
2009 will be another exciting year for the Group. We are launching new campuses in Brisbane and Melbourne as well as a fantastic range of new diploma and degree programs in areas such as Marketing, Event Management, Tourism Management, Digital Media Design, Interior Design, Human Resource Management, Health Sciences and Leadership Development.
We will also launch a range of online diploma and degree programs in February 2009 – enabling students from all over the world to access our unique courses without leaving home. Our International Marketing Team will be talking with you about these great opportunities in the New Year.
There have also been some important changes in the Think: Team during the year. In November, we welcomed Rick Chapman as the new Group Marketing Director. Rick’s appointment followed the departure of Russell Woodard, who decided to leave the Group to pursue a new business opportunity in the international education sector.
Rick joins the Think: Team with over 20 years of executive experience in marketing, having held senior positions in Nestle (Head of Marketing and Business Development), Campbell Arnott’s (Marketing Director & Category Director), Guinness Brewing (Marketing and Sales Manager) and Reckitt & Colman (Marketing Manager). Rick has extensive international experience having been responsible for regional marketing in Asia, Africa and the Pacific.
